We recommend setting up accounts together, choosing a nickname without real-world identifying details, and protecting login credentials. Children should never share passwords or verification codes.
2. Manage interaction and time
Review the community content your child views and posts, agree on reasonable usage times, and remind them not to move to private communication channels without guardian approval.
3. Recognize and report risks
If you notice bullying, payment pressure, requests for personal information, impersonation, or other suspicious behavior, preserve relevant details, stop the interaction, and contact support@goizmon.com.
4. Account assistance
Guardians may request account access assistance, restrictions, or deactivation through support@goizmon.com. To protect account security, we may need to verify identity and the guardian relationship.
